- No verification code arriving?
- Check your spam folder first; then tap “Resend code”. Codes last 1 hour — use the newest one.
- Forgot your password?
- Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen — email code → new password, done in half a minute.
- Why can’t I play right now?
- 📺 Games pause during live streams — go claim Tokens in the stream; games resume automatically after.
- No sound?
- Make sure the phone’s mute switch is off and volume is up; tap the screen once in-game and sound kicks in.
- Score didn’t register?
- Usually a network blip — the score is saved on your phone and resubmits automatically once you’re back online.
- Will redeeming drop my rank?
- No. The leaderboard tracks total Points earned; redeeming only spends available Points.
- How many accounts per person?
- One, please — and use your onnimart.com email. Prizes only go to that account; the highest score means nothing with the wrong email.
📜 Event Rules & Terms
By participating you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms
- 1. Redemption prices are set by Onni Mart
- Point prices for all gifts are set by Onni Mart and may be adjusted at any time based on event progress, sessions, stock and other factors. The same gift may cost different Points at different times; the price shown in the shop at the moment of redemption applies. Completed redemptions are unaffected by later price changes.
- 2. Cheated or abnormal scores are void
- Any Points, Tokens or redemptions obtained through conduct judged to be in breach (including but not limited to cheating, bots or scripts, exploiting system bugs, or abnormal operation) may be voided and revoked without notice, and the related account may be suspended or disqualified. Onni Mart reserves the final right of determination.
- 3. Gifts are limited — first come, first served
- All gifts are limited in quantity and gone when redeemed out. Onni Mart does not guarantee that every player can convert Points into gifts. Points and Tokens carry no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or traded, and expire automatically when the event ends, without compensation.
- 4. Tokens are free giveaways
- All Tokens in this event are given out free — via the welcome gift, following Onni Mart’s social media, watching live streams and similar activities, with no payment required. Tokens are promotional giveaways and constitute no purchase consideration or entitlement.
- 5. Redemption is tied to your onnimart.com email
- The email used for this event must match your onnimart.com shopping account. Onni Credit is only deposited into the onnimart.com account with the same email; where emails do not match or cannot be verified, Onni Mart may withhold or decline to issue prizes.
- 6. General
- Onni Mart may amend the rules, substitute prizes of equivalent value, or suspend/terminate the event where necessary, without prior notice. In case of dispute, Onni Mart’s decision is final.
